Terry Moore, President & CEO

Terry has been with Software Solutions since 1996.  He is responsible for leading the management team and establishes policies and operating plans in accordance with board directives and corporate mission. He establishes business objectives and organizational policies, and revises them in accordance with current conditions to coordinate functions and operations between departments. Terry serves on board of directors of Software Solutions and is an ESOP trustee.

Al Ferguson, Vice President of Sales & Marketing

Al has been with Software Solutions since 1994. He is responsible for directing the activities of the sales and marketing team. He also develops strategic marketing plans consistent with the company's goals and objectives to exceed customer and prospective client needs. In addition, Al manages the reseller channel and other strategic partnerships.

Deedra Wetherholt, PMP, Vice President of Operations

Deedra has been with Software Solutions since 1996. Deedra is a Project Management Institute certified Project Manager, and is responsible for managing operations for Software Solutions.  Her responsibilities include delivery of all professional and implementation services, as well as ongoing customer support. Deedra's focus on customer service has led Software Solutions to be recognized as provider of best in class customer support.

Larry Hollingshead, Director of Business Analytics

Larry has been with Software Solutions since 2002. Larry is responsible for analyzing and improving our internal business process.  He is instrumental in helping us identify CRM tools we use internally that will enable us to improve on the services we provide our customers.

Linda Jones, Director of Product Management and Development

Linda has been with Software Solutions since 2004. Linda manages all aspects of the product life cycle, including the selection, definition, and development and delivery process.   In 2009, Linda was named one of the Top 25 Women to Watch by WIBN (Women in Business Networking.) The award is presented to those who are making a difference in the Miami Valley through their leadership, community service and professional achievements.  Linda is also an aspiring author of how-to books on effective planning and organization.

Melissa Meeks, Director of Finance and Human Resources

Melissa has been with Software Solutions since 1998. Her responsibilities include the company's administrative support functions, including finance, accounting, human resources, office services, and facilities maintenance. She consolidates financial records for the Corporation and the ESOP Trust. Melissa also serves as an ESOP trustee.

Michael Ott, Customer Service Manager

Michael has been with Software Solutions since 1999.  He is responsible for managing our Customer Software Support team.  His responsibilities include recruiting, training and supervising our support team, monitoring service levels, and administering support contracts.  Michael has a degree in accounting and is a product expert in Utility Billing, Financial Management, Asset Management, Accounts Receivable, Inventory Control and Crystal Reports.
