Software Solutions Speaks at National Conference

As part of the Technology Track, Linda Jones, Director of Product Development spoke today at the Association of Public Treasurers of the United States & Canada 46th Annual Conference in Oklahoma City.

The session was titled "Going Green in the Workplace-Strategies for Saving Money and Increasing Efficiency by Going Green and Embracing Paperless Technology."

Our presentation provides strategies that are designed  to reduce operation and maintenance costs, improve customer service, improve employee productivity, reduce costs for managing and mismanaging paper, protect the environment while protecting your information, and enhance the public image of your organization. This session provided over 100 tips for going green in areas such as facilities and equipment, employee activities, meetings and events, office processes, and document management and technology. In keeping with the "going green" theme, attendees received all presentation handouts in an electronic format.
