Susan Sorrell named Employee of the Year

At Software Solutions we're very proud of our staff and realize that many go above and beyond the stated requirements of their position to provide exceptional products and services to our customers. Every year we recognize one individual in particular that through their efforts exemplify the characteristics of employee ownership and the company's core values.

I was proud to present the 2010 award to Customer Support Representative Susan Sorrell.  In addition to handling support calls during the day, Susan spent countless hours beyond her regular support schedule working on the new Visual Intelligence Portfolio Accounting suite, testing its functionality and applying her financial background to make suggestions that improved its value.  She is regularly praised for her professionalism and caring attitude by customers.  During stressful times she always presents herself in an upbeat positive manner, and has a real 'can-do' spirit.

There is no doubt that Susan has made contributions that make us a better company and as a result all of our customers have benefited. Please join me in congratulating Susan!
